6 The launch of the Bronze Ambassadors
first launch of Bronze Ambassadors – 55 schools out of 69 wanted to be part of the launch Targeting years 5-6 112 ambassadors – full continuum Due to big uptake of the Bronze Ambassadors in the first year, 2nd year changed training to 3 days around specific needs of the areas out of 60 / 69 schools engaged. Further clarity in role, full continuum which is supported by senior ambassadors. Good practice video

10 Abbey Gutteridge Good practice – Abbey Gutteridge – positive role model, has done the whole leadership continuum (AYP leader, COTF, Gold Ambassador, Platinumn Ambassador, volunteer coach, paid coach and now School Sports Co-ordinator in secondary schools (including her old school Oakdale)
