4. HP SERIES HIGH PRESSURE COOLANT HOSES
Standart plastic hoses are very flexible coolant lines. Besides, they offer only limited operational reliability and are often effected by vibrations or chips and the coolant can not flow directly to the right point you need where it is useful. It can also cause machine downtime and tooling damage which are expensive and can be avoided.
With Hiprun stainless steel hoses the cooling oil can flow directly to the right point. The position of hoses can also be adjusted due to your machining even under heavy chipping and vibration. This system can be used depending on component selection over 100 bar.
