2 I segment What really means information?
Information is oral or written statement we receive or give to another, which is registered with our senses (sense of hearing, eyesight, etc.) Importance of information The Information is ‘’creator’’ of energy and have influence on our lifes in many spheres

3 We make all our decisions based on inoformation we received
Being informed is very important segment of life - it often implies our good or bad decision and could have next consequences: Illness or health Love or hate Wealth or poverty...

4 Partition of information
We can part information according to many aspects: verbally - written completely – incompletely true – false (a dozen type of information)

5 Information from aspect of Health and Safety
For Health and Safety sistem, information need to be: written verball proffesional completle accurate useful understandable

7 How did the legislator in Montenegro regulate the issue of employee information related to the OSH?
(Zakon o ZiZNR Sl.list CG 34/14) Article 23 The employer is obligated to inform employee or representative of employee in written form about: Risks to health and safety at work, protection measures and activities in relation to each type of workplace and / or joe; the way of organizing first aid, fire protection, the procedure of evacuation of employees in the occurrence of serious and imminent threats and the persons responsible for the implementation of these measures The employer is obligated to inform in appropriate way another employer which emloyees he engaged to work with him, independent of the basics, about issues in paragraph 1 of this Article, and also about persons responsible for implementation of this issues.

8 What is sense of informing of employees?  
To be clear to every employee what are his RIGHTS, OBLIGATIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES in OSH system. Why it is important? Using rights inside of OSH system, employee has possibility to prevent injury, professional illness or illness connected to work if he refuse to work on works where are not provided protective measures. This right make stronger sense of security for employee According to clearly defined obligations inside of OSH system, employee becomes conscious his personal responsibility for using rights and respecting obligations.

9 What is source of information for employer and employee about OHS issues?
Examples of good practice Health and Safety Law By-laws for different areas Collective agreements and branch collective agreements Acts of employers: Rule book on health and safety regulations with normative of personal protective equipment Program of training for safe work Risk Assessment for all work positions Procedures and instructions for safe work in high-risks jobs where it’s necessary Company procedures Also, source and reason for informing of employee are New tehnologies New law regulations

10 Therefore, basic conditions for completely informing of employee are:
Socialy responsibility Employer has completely information Informing of emloyee is work obligation of employer How much time is necessary for completely informing of employee about OSH issues in process of work in which he participates (Completely informing of employee is amount of information which makes possibility for manipulating with risks in work proces) Definitely to the end of years of service, because once received information is not permanently up-to-date. Until 20 years ago for informing of employees in terms of competence for managing risks was necessary at least 30 – 45 hours school classes theoretical lessons which has lasted at least 15 days.

11 How much time is spenting for informing of employee today?
Since we heard what is completely informing of employees, could you, please, answer again:  „Which is your mark for informing of employees by employer?“ Answers: 1. Informing of employees is very good Green carboard 2. Informing of employees is good Blue carboard 3. Informing of employees is bad Red carboard 4. Informing of employees doesn’t exist White carboard

12 What can we conclude based on your answers?
If you have choosen answer 1 or 2, your employer is one of rare who has sense of social responibility and also (indirectly) for you. Those are people, moral and material responsibly, and you have good looks for future with them. ...but maybe your wish was to mitigate with your answer what you really mean? If your answers are 3 or 4, they are result of your situation or information you received from other employees  This answers indicate that with employer where informing of employees is bad or don’t exist about OSH issues, you have your worktime in stressfull environment which makes fear, pessimism and destruction.

13 Because you have not information how to solve the problem, you have not courage to say your employer who gives you information, you become person who are giving up, considering that there are not possibility for change and you need to adapt with this or you become unsatisfied and aggressive often reacting ‘’in the affect’’ Unfortunetaly, those conditions are often presented also after work process. It destroys a person, family and at the end it results with social misery. That misery is material and also has spiritual and moral aspect.

14 „Shut up, work and don’t ask anything!“
It’s sure that informed employee have possibilities with many alternatives, while uninformed employee has only one possibility, to use his right for receiving information. He can do it with his employer or with some other employer. Do we know answer: Why many employees have rule: „Shut up, work and don’t ask anything!“ Is this answer on question how much there are died, disabled persons, physically used-up who had not had any information? Why only just during the judicial proceeding we find out that we signed something which content we don’t know, we find out that we have had a right but we hadn’t using that, that we had had responsibility but we wasn’t aware.
