Institutional policies and procedures. Institutional staff member involvement in academic integrity issues. Student employee definition. Impermissible academic assistance/exception that impacts student-athlete eligibility. Outside institutional policy. Involves institutional staff member. Boosters. Pre-enrollment academic record. All elements of record (e.g., courses, grades, credits, transcripts).

Written institutional policies and procedures. Applicable to general student body and staff. Approved through institution’s normal processes. Must be kept on file or on website. Investigate and adjudicate alleged misconduct using established policies and procedures.* Regardless of: Whether or not the issue is reported to the NCAA. SA or staff acted alone or in concert with others. *Exception for expedited SA process.
