Together the sum total is our aggregate sum total. How do we normally measure success? What would you guess the line would look like going forward? Some variation of more, better, faster. Transformation start out a new level. Let’s look at 3 different types of knowledge – or KNOWING. 1st – you Know What You Know – I know how to speak English 2nd – you Know What You Don’t Know – I know I can’t speak Mandarin 3rd – you Don’t Know What You Don’t Know – I ……. (can’t tell you this because I don’t know it). Which of the three categories of knowing is the one that most limits us in business and life? Which one is the one that keeps us on our Predictable Futures line? Which one is the one that helps us jump to a new place and a new trajectory. So, the take away here is that in order to achieve some kind of transformation we need to bring something in our DKWYDK into KWYDK or KWYK. Then we can take action. HOW DO WE DO THIS? New Awareness which gives us New Possibilities which gives us More & Better Options. TAKE AWAY: Our goal today is to offer you at least one new awareness that opens up a new possibility that provides you with more options and possibilities in your business and life. We will look at improving the slope of our current lines – or trajectory – and also how to jump to a higher point on and begin a new trajectory. That is what we do at Thrive. Pinnacle Gift is the intersection of: Where you are the best What gives you energy In your Sphere. Why is each one necessary? Best – competitive edge, highest earnings, differentiates you Energy – ‘energy’ is a simple way to know because as we become more aware of our energy we get better at noticing what is good and not goof for us over time. What naturally enjoy doing, when doing this you are getting paid to do something that you enjoy, not like work, you are in the zone, etc. A primary difference to note at this point (there is more as we tie this into the other Success Principles) is that even if we stay in excellent we will feel burnout over long enough time- talk to entrepreneurs in their 50’s and 60’s (sometimes 40’s). The distinction is that Excellent still uses our energy and PG gives us energy. There are also other important distinctions that tie into the other Pinnacle Success principles). In your sphere – sphere is defined as, the “place or environment within which a person or thing exists; a field of activity or operation.” Many have difficulty accepting that they can be the best at something and it is almost always because they are thinking of the most important parts of their businesses to broadly. We will address each success factor with the focus on gaining much more clarity and focus – why to provide new awareness to cause a transformation for us and our businesses. Once PG defined, the goal is to spend as much time using your PG as possible. Client Potential Your Abilities far exceeds your Client’s Potential
