A change in noise, light, smell of food, temperature.

Divided into 3 parts:
Cerebrum – controls thinking, memory, speaking, and your sense organs.
Cerebellum – controls balance and posture
Brain stem – connects the brain to the spinal cord. Controls your heartbeat, breathing, and blood pressure.
