32 MANAGING STRESS mfzgSyA&t=71s

33 STRESS MANGAGEMENT TIPS
Making little changes in your life.   -Exercise, eat regular meals, and avoid excessive caffeine. Learn to recognize when you are feeling stressed.   -Focus on things you can control and let go of things you can’t control.   -Lower unrealistic expectations. Take a break. Get some fresh air or close your eyes.   -Take deep breaths accompanied by thoughts of being in control.   -Progressive muscle relaxation (tense and relax).   -Schedule breaks and enjoyable activities. Let others know you're overwhelmed, tell them how to help. Allow yourself to say "no" to friends/family when needed.   Be prepared for unexpected problems.   -Rehearse and practice feared situations. Prioritize. Take control of your "to do" list.   -Set small goals and break tasks into smaller manageable chunks. Write down feelings of sadness, frustration or anger.
