Study completed to assess the feasibility of new deck and roadway construction (Tim Haas, McCormick Taylor, NTM Engineering) Evaluated siting and access to deck Developed program for number of spaces with replacement of surface lots for future academic buildings and increased demand Included evaluation of stormwater accommodations for both this scope and future build-out of West Campus Municipal and Agency Coordination Meeting included staff from Borough, Ferguson Township, CATA, CRPA, and PennDOT

Located in Red A parking on West Campus Approx. 1,676 parking spaces (6 Tier) Covered bike storage on ground level CATA Bus Stop at Parking Structure Extension of White Course Drive New roadway connection from West College Avenue to provide access from West 2 Ingress/Egress locations for road connection from West College Ave and Atherton St Transit-only link considerations for roadway design

Parking Structure needs to be operational before work can start on new buildings that impact parking on West Campus Traffic Impact Study initiated in Spring to collect traffic data and while school is in session and prior to road work on Atherton Street Stormwater Basin expansion to accommodate both initial and future growth in West Campus Drainage Area Design/Build team to be selected in July to start design in early fall Final siting and access considerations to be influenced by on-going College of Engineering Master Plan
