15 This image shows North San Diego County, with the most dramatic growth occurring in Escondido, Poway, Rancho Bernardo, and Carmel Mountain Ranch. We also grew along the SR-78 corridor, and to a lesser extent, along the I-5.

16 Finally, this last image shows growth north of our county in Riverside County, highlighting the dramatic growth over the past 20 years in Temecula, Murrieta, and Hemet. Note the construction of the new lake in the Diamond Valley area.
