6. Flash floods can carry large amounts of rocks very quickly.

7. Large rocks can only be TRANSPORTED when the river flows very quickly.

8. Small rocks and rock particles can be TRANSPORTED by both fast and slow rivers.

9. Eventually the river flows so slowly that even the smallest particles sink to the bottom.
