What to Expect During a Group Interview – Kaiser Permanente 1. Basic sign-in instructions once you arrive: (MUST SIGN-IN to acknowledge you were present) 2. You will be partnered and must introduce yourself and present your partner’s introduction to the entire group. The interview may also involve a work simulation or problem-solving exercise, in which the candidates have to work together as a team. This gives the employer a chance to see if you can work well on a team project, if you are a natural leader, and if you get along well with others. Sometimes, the group work will end with a team discussion or presentation. Be prepared to answer one question in front of the group along with presenting yourself. This is your time to shine and be confident!! 3. Typically, the interview will involve the interviewer/s asking each candidate group questions, as well as individual questions. The group interview might even end with everyone having brief individual interviews.

Confirm transportation at least 24 hours before your interview. Go to the location the day before at the same time to check your route and traffic. This can help uncover potential delays in advance. Arrive at least 30 minutes early. Upon arrival, be friendly to all points of contact; from the Janitor to the Manager. 7 Sample Behavioral Interview Questions
Give me a specific example of a time when you had to conform to a policy with which you did not agree. Tell me about a time when you had to go above and beyond the call of duty in order to get a job done. Tell me about a recent situation in which you had to deal with a very upset customer or co-worker. What is your typical way of dealing with conflict? Give me an example. Describe a situation in which you were able to use persuasion to successfully convince someone to see things your way. Describe a time when you were faced with a stressful situation that demonstrated your coping skills. Give me a specific example of a time when you used good judgment and logic in solving a problem. Give me an example of a time when you set a goal and were able to meet or achieve it. Please discuss an important written document you were required to complete. Tell me about a time when you had too many things to do and you were required to prioritize your tasks. Give me an example of a time when you had to make a split-second decision.
