What to Expect During a Group Interview – Kaiser Permanente
1. Basic sign-in instructions once you arrive: (MUST SIGN-IN to acknowledge you were present)
2. You will be partnered and must introduce yourself and present your partner’s introduction to the entire group.
The interview may also involve a work simulation or problem-solving exercise, in which the candidates have to work together as a team. This gives the employer a chance to see if you can work well on a team project, if you are a natural leader, and if you get along well with others. Sometimes, the group work will end with a team discussion or presentation. Be prepared to answer one question in front of the group along with presenting yourself. This is your time to shine and be confident!!
3. Typically, the interview will involve the interviewer/s asking each candidate group questions, as well as individual questions. The group interview might even end with everyone having brief individual interviews.

Upon arrival, be friendly to all points of contact; from the Janitor to the Manager.
