2 ABOUT TRAC Laurus Travel Solutions is a customer – centric company established in 2010. TRAC or Ticket Refund and Audit Claim is a division of Laurus Travel Solutions. We are an operational consultancy in the travel domain that has a unique capability to identify unutilized tickets (sectors), computation, facilitates revenue recovery and helps you generate optimum value from your travel budget. Our expertise is not only through our clients’ personalized travel requirements, but also through other travel related businesses. Our travel audit claims can monitor and show the hidden profits from all expenses from post travel tickets that are issued and are good for a refund. There are times that there will be ticket changes or cancellations from clients, even voluntary or involuntary from the airlines that are missed out being submitted by the travel agent for refunds. This leads to unutilized or partially utilized tickets that qualify for a refund from the airlines which are not being tracked by the Travel Agencies.

3 TICKET REFUND SERVICES (OPS)
There are times that there will be ticket changes or cancellations from clients, even voluntary or involuntary from the airlines that are missed out being submitted by the travel agent for refunds. This leads to unutilized or partially utilized tickets that qualify for a refund from the airlines which are not being tracked by the Travel Agencies. This is where TRAC comes in, we do refund services and audit claims for our clients that includes checking of fare rules, penalties and refunding tickets for different airlines and different types of fares for issued tickets. Below is the process as follows – We have an authorized access to the GDS login ID of the company. Then a complete database of issued tickets (with airline code) within the appraisal period. An ID will be issued for secure data transmission. All necessary details are checked including fare rules, penalties, if IATA airline rules are followed for further validation of the refund. Then refund will be processed through the ticketing system (GDS, BSP Link and LCC). Then a detailed unutilized ticket report with the refund amount are provided to the client in standard format within 7 working days upon receipt of data. Once done, an invoice will be then issued to the client.

6 COMMERCIAL OFFER Our fees are based on the principle of fair play. We only charge a % fee based on reclaimed amounts received by you. No recovery – No charge. This success - based fees covers identification of unutilized tickets, computation of refundable value & Reporting within the SLA of 7 days. We also aid assistance with organizing, application & follow-up of Refunds from Airlines. This service can be charged on Outcome based pricing or FTE model depending on customer preference.
