we build structures of all kinds out of repurposed shipping containers
both residential and commercial

We set out to build sleek, sexy, low maintenance housing at an affordable price while creating a far superior product.

Currently EVERY one of the homes we build is custom designed. Top to bottom, the home is as unique and exciting as the homeowners themselves.

In our business, the devil is literally in the details. We don’t get to “just shift it over”. Measurements down to a 1/16th of an inch can make or break a space.

materials like 40yr steel roofing and siding, 25yr cabinet hardware,
and nothing less than commercial grade windows.

One of our favorite things to add to a house, is polished concrete flooring. The containers make this easy because they’re already designed to hold that load.

17. cost On average our homes cost 10-13% less than a traditional builder
if they were to build an identical house with traditional methods.
