HB 144 – allows undocumented students to be eligible for in-state tuition rates
attend a Utah high school for 3 years.
obtain a high school diploma from a Utah high school.
enroll in a public postsecondary institution in Utah, and file an affidavit stating intent to legalize immigration status and become a permanent resident.

Click “Order Pending” to officially pick which schools to send your transcripts to.
Click Save & Continue.

Provide consent where you will sign electronically and click parent box. Click Continue.
