Sect (Noun) a small group of people who belong to a particular religion but who have some beliefs or practices which separate them from the rest of the group Sectarian (Adjective) connected with the differences that exist between groups of people who have different religious views Sectarian violence / Sectarian attacks Paramilitary (Adjective/Noun) 1) a paramilitary organization is an illegal group that is organized like an army (a right wing paramilitary group) 2) helping the official army of a country (paramilitary police, such as the CRS in France) Devolution (Noun) The act of giving power from a central authority or government to an authority or government in a local region Power-Sharing (Noun) a policy or system in which different groups or political parties share responsibility for making decisions, taking political action, etc.
