14 DOI: pgs The DOI is one of the most famous break up letters in history Using the DOI in your book write a modern day break up letter from the colonist to King George III You may use modern speak, slang, hashtags, and an occasional emoji (bonus if you end it with meme – drawn out or created via a computer, cut out, and pasted) However, your breakup letter MUST include: A preamble, natural rights, at least THREE specific grievances, and a resolution of independence. A letter, even a breakup letter, starts with Dear _______________, And ends with Sincerely, (your name)

15 Journal Entry The DOI is one of the most famous breakup letters in history Write a modern day break up letter (or text) to King George III from the colonist Use modern speak, slang, hashtags or emoji's Must include: A preamble - introduction A Declaration of Rights (at last 2) List of Grievances (at least 3) Resolution of Independence - conclusion
