Via My BSNL Tunes APP MY BSNLTUNES APP is on Google Play store now! Like It, Love It, Play It. BSNL Tunes is here. Make favorite Song as your BSNL Tune. Click
Via (IVRS)DIAL (Toll Free) Customer can dial & select his BSNL Tune from various Categories available. The customer has to follow the voice instructions and select the BSNL tune.
Via SMS( SMS to (Toll Free) Just SMS :-BT <Space> ACT to to activate the BSNL Tune. BT <Space> ACT<Song Code> to Activate BSNL Tune & Set a Song. Or Just SMS BT<Song Code> To Set or Change a Song.
Via * Copy Customer can copy the BSNL Tune while calling the another Mobile number by Pressing * & 9 while listening to the Tune.
Via Outbound Dialer Selected Customers will be given a automated call from which they can select from the choice of 5-10 Songs.

4. How to Activate BSNL TUNES
Via M-Search(Dial Toll Free) Customer Can Call & say a movie/song name to choose the song. Our innovative voice recognition software will list the song similar to the customer request. Customer can choose from them by pressing Keys as per the IVRS instructions.
Via SMS-Search:(56799-Toll Free) Customer can SMS his/her favorite Song/Movie name to and choose from the list of songs which they get as reply. To Set the Song customer has to SMS 1,2, 3 etc. relevant to the song name given. Our Search engine gives phonetic search method, which makes it more efficient in finding your favorite song.
Via USSD(Toll Free) Customer Can dial *567#(Toll Free) and choose his /her favorite song from various categories. After dialing *567# and customer can choose the song from the various category available and activate his/her favorite song.
Via WEB Customer can set his/her BSNL Tune by logging on to and customer has to enter his/her valid BSNL mobile number and authenticate using OTP message received and listen & activate his/her favorite song from the various categories available.

5. How to Activate BSNL TUNES
Via Direct Dialing Code Customer Can dial song promo code with prefixing 567 and can listen and set that particular song as his/her BSNL Tune. Example the song code for devotional song Harivarasanam is then customer can dial and song can be heard and set as BSNL Tune.
Via WAP (For Smart Phone users can click or open the link in their mobile browser)
Via Customer Care Customers can call Customer Care and request their favorite song. CC executives can activate the same through and ask customer to send consent SMS on (Toll Free)
