Each small group will be provided a worksheet with their questions included and assign a note taker.
The worksheets will be collected at the conclusion of the session, and a summary of key findings will be shared following the workshop session with all participants.

5. Breakout Groups Divide up based on the following guidelines:
Technical group: Implementers and organizations who will discuss technical questions on compliance, implementation, and guidance from USG.
Mitigation group: Implementers to discuss how to mitigate harm of the policy and minimizing disruptions to service delivery and advocacy.
Documentation group: Researchers and other stakeholders to discuss short and long term needs and strategies to document the impact of the global gag rule.
Advocacy group: Advocates and other stakeholders to strategize long-term work towards ending the global gag rule.
