1. EDS – F1 Drink System Information
Pump Housing
The pump is housed in an ABS plastic enclosure.
Overall dimensions are shown in the drawing on the right.
The pump unit can be mounted in 3 ways:
Bolted using the 4 off M3 threaded inserts on the base.
3M Dual Loc on the flat base.
Bespoke mounting methods can be incorporated to suit customer requirements.
The pump unit weighs 99g (complete as shown)
The electrical connector on the pump unit is Deutsch ASX002-03PN-HE
Pin 1 = 12-16v dc (ideally supplied via a momentary push-button switch)
Pin 2 = GND
Pin 3 = not used.
Current draw is approximately 12.5v dc.
The central hose barb labelled “OUT” connects to the “delivery hose”.
The off-set hose barb (not labelled) connects to the “drink bladder hose”.

The Parasolid (.x_t) or STEP (.STP) models should look like the image shown on this page.
Please import into your car model, select the combination of connectors that you require, model your hose lengths/routing and the return your model to us.
We will then manufacture the hose lengths and use the connectors that you specified.
Please keep the red “NRV” as close to the helmet connector as possible (see below).
