RAG status for the Programme remains at ‘amber’
File format formal consultation for phase 1 delivered on 30th September. Subsequent phases on track for 7th & 14th October.
Detailed Design for 2 of the 3 design tranches complete on schedule at the end of September, remaining tranche planned for 24th October
Functional fit currently remains positive at approx %
File Format Plan has been shared with the Industry, outlining the formal consultation timelines.
Formal consultation for Phase 1 file formats commenced 30th September with additional files published prior to phase 2 & 3 review periods.
A UK Link Programme Industry Engagement Day has been scheduled for 02/10; the event is an opportunity for Xoserve to present the background to UK Link file format changes in the context of business processes

File Formats: There is a risk that any changes to file formats as a result of the UKLC approval process (formal consultation and reps) may impact on the ability of the industry to deliver by Oct due to design re-work

Market Testing: Risk that Market Trials is insufficient in length, too late within the programme, and participants may not be ready in time to take part.
Review of delivery plan following the end of detailed design will investigate options for delivering elements of Market Trials earlier than June 2015.

Greater understanding is developing of the dependencies between UKLP and EU Reform and development of options to mitigate the delivery risks.
