Most of the work done in Garden Grove was in outside merger group discussions to craft a “joint proposal”.
Meanwhile, a group of four companies is attempting to create an alternative specification to counter advances by smaller companies within the IEEE 802 process.
Meanwhile, good progress within the merger group on a joint proposal.
Joint proposal will be completed by November 7th for final confirmation vote during the November plenary.
