The following slides show examples of the EatWell Guide. This is a way of showing the proportions of food types we should eat in order to stay healthy.
You need to create your own version of this in French to share with young people in France. Using one of the templates, you need to find pictures of the relevant foods to put in each section and label them in French, as well as labelling the food groups in French too. Any other details about eating healthily and having a good, balanced diet can be written around the outside of the diagram.
