Also, they have made it easy to inform parents of this resource, and ensure students remember their log-in credentials. In addition, if you feel like you need to add some color to your classroom, they’ve created some awesome posters too!

Q. How has it helped my students? A. Student have been able to learn different concepts in a fun and unique way. In addition, each lesson incorporates vocabulary cards and games. A quiz and correlating worksheets are also available. Examples of videos I have used in the classroom with my students: -rock cycle -physical vs. chemical change

Q. What level on the SAMR model does this resource describe for me? A. In using this website to teach, I classify this approach as the modification stage. In teaching the rock cycle, I generally have students design a poster board, and/or participate in a hands-on activity. However, using this particular method, I am able to help them learn in their unique way, practice key vocabulary terms, and participate in quizzes a long the way. It’s a win-win!

Q. What have I learned from the SAMR Model assignment? A. As teachers, there are awesome resources at our fingertips. If we continue to share, it will help make each classroom of students more robust. It will also assist students in learning fundamental concepts in an innovative way.
