Unique to Final RPPR Made publicly available Concise summary of cumulative outcome/findings Similar to Project Summary/Abstract section of competing applications

5 Change in Process when Renewal Applications Under Review
Submit "Interim-RPPR" while renewal application is under consideration Funded? Interim-RPPR becomes annual performance report for final year of previous competitive segment Not funded? Interim-RPPR becomes Final-RPPR

6 Routing and Submission
PI completes RPPR in the Commons Route to Linda Nguyen, the Signing Official (SO) in OSP to inform OSP that F-RPPR is ready to submit OSP submits to NIH in the Commons

7 Takeaways If PIs have any final progress reports due, they can use FPR format through end of December After 12/31/16 – F-RPPR is only option This is a new process for all of us. We will continue to evaluate and update procedures.
