1. STANDARD POLICIES
Those policies issued on Normal Rates like healthy policy are called Standard Policy.

2. Non-declinature (ND) Scheme
This scheme is designed to cater to the financial protection requirements of persons who do not want to fulfil our medical requirements or are unable to fulfil due to their present state of health.

3. Substandard Policies
Those policies issued with Extra Premium charged on behalf of medical grounds because high risk is involved of the proposed.
This is called Substandard Policy.
The Extra Rates vary from age to age and table to table of the proposed.

4. In this scheme, the proposed will be free to decline to answer any question about his health.
Policies under endowment (03) and anticipated endowment (05) plans only are issued in this scheme.
This scheme is available to age 20 to 58 (male & female).
The occupational extra will be charged if the proposed is involved in any hazardous occupation or takes part in hazardous sports.
The maximum Sum Assured available is 30 lacs.

5. Only yearly mode of premium is available.
In case of Accidental Death, only Sum Assured will be paid in first & second year of policy but third and later year will be paid Sum Assured and Bonuses as per policy.
In case of Natural Death in first policy year claim or premium will NOT be payable.
Death in the 2nd policy year only 2nd year premium will be refunded.
The benefits of 3rd & later policy years will be paid as on normal policies.
Under ND policies 31 days grace period will be strictly observed. If a policy lapses it may be revived and the death benefit payable in the next 2 years after revival , above conditions will be applied.
