6 Key determinants at introduction stage…
Need to quickly work through market forces (involve private sector for dealership and services ) Though the SCAMPIS financing is time-bound, withdrawal from intervention areas is not an option, therefore sustainability of the supply chain is a must for post-project period A consequence is that : whereas the initial direct subsidy for equipment purchase is inevitable, it must be quickly phased out; the subsidy scheme must be well publicized and understood by clients .
