1 GO TELL Crusade Information Seminar

2 Mission of GO TELL Crusades
To fulfill the Great Commission of Jesus Christ for the purpose of advancing the Kingdom of God

3 Mission of GO TELL Crusades
To unite churches of all denominations towards a common goal of evangelizing the lost and stirring the hearts of God’s people in that community. To exalt the Savior and enlist souls for the service of Christ. Rick has been involved in over 500 evangelistic events and seen tens of thousands make decisions for Christ.

4 Purpose of Crusade To create an environment where churches of all denominations can join together to provide an opportunity for the unchurched to hear a clear and precise presentation of the Gospel at a neutral site.

5 Three-Fold Purpose of Crusade
Unite, Equip & Inspire The Church to do the work of the Kingdom. Preach the Gospel to the Lost Make Disciples who Make Disciples

7 Overview of a GO TELL Crusade
What about Follow-up? What is done to reach the youth? A Youth Evangelist(s) will be sent into your community prior to the Crusade with the specific objective of reaching young people with the Gospel. He is available to speak to civic groups, school clubs/groups or athletic teams, at youth detention facilities, boot camps, alternative schools, drug treatment facilities, etc. A Pre-Crusade Youth Rally is held the Saturday night prior to the Crusade. This evening is focused on reaching the 13 – 25 age group. A band will provide music and the Youth Evangelist shares a Gospel message. “Youth Emphasis Night” is the last night of the crusade. A “gigantic” pizza blast will be held one hour prior to the service. Rick’s message will address where they’re at in life and yet still maintain a strong Biblical message with an opportunity to receive Christ. The “On Track” assembly program will be presented in your local schools each day during the week of the Crusade. We are committed to doing whatever it takes to reach your young people. Churches that Participate We have seen many different denominations and independent churches participate in our crusades in the past. The churches that most often participate are mainline, evangelical Christian churches. We do not give priority or preference to any specific denomination or group of churches. We have found that in almost every instance, those churches that are not like-minded typically choose not to participate on their own. Our goal is to see all churches with a heart for evangelism and a desire to reach the lost in their community be made to feel accepted and equal in all aspects of the Crusade process.

9 Involvement In A GO TELL Crusade:
Your church’s key to great spiritual growth One of the goals of the Crusade is to strengthen the base of the local church as a steadfast body of believers proclaiming the Word of God. Because of its magnitude, the Crusade effort will have a great impact on the participating churches. Members are trained and challenged to boldly and effectively share their faith. Many of those who volunteer to serve on the various committees will continue ministering within their own church long after the Crusade is over. Because participation in the Crusade is such a step of faith, many experience tremendous growth in their spiritual lives. Some pastors have noticed a growing interest in spiritual matters, church activity, enthusiasm, attendance, and in some cases, even in financial giving during and after the Crusade.
