Objectives SWBAT classify waves as transverse or longitudinal by using a slinky. SWBAT distinguish between wavelength, frequency, and amplitude by using a slinky Essential Questions How does the slinky demonstrate the movement of a transverse wave and a longitudinal wave?

Directions Everyone grab a procedure sheet that is in the folder
We will read the directions out loud Procedure #3 Roles for this lab Controls slinky Holds Slinky Measures wavelength, frequency, and amplitude with meter stick and timer Records data Rotate every time
