To fast and abstain on Ash Wednesday and Good Friday.
To confess sins at least once a year.
To receive Holy Communion at least during the Easter season.
To give financial support to the Church and clergy.

10. Read about Concern Volunteers, Jean Vanier
And St Therese of Lisieux and consider how
They lived their commitment to their faith in
Jesus.
How did they each follow Jesus’ example?
How did they each live the Ten Commandments and the Precepts of the Church?
