Ask people to introduce themselves, speaking specifically to how their organization can address the problem. Identify roles for people based on the assets they identified. (It’s ok to acknowledge some people don’t have a role.)

The Practice: Clarify what the goals are. Understand how people in the network define success. Consider a shared definition of success, or…at least created a shared understanding of varying perspectives.
