2 Senior Meeting Norms Please put cell phones away.
Listen carefully and follow directions. If you disrupt the meeting you will be asked to leave. You must be sitting in your assigned seat.

3 Senior Obligations/Fines
Check List posted outside. All dues must be paid to get cap and gown. Cash Only You can pay Mrs. Labonte today in main office. Ticket Booth on June 7th

4 Cap and Gown Pick-Up TOMORROW
Seniors will report to the cafeteria (attendance will be taken) at the following times for distribution of caps and gowns and clearing of obligations: A-D:9:00 a.m. I–L:9:25 a.m. Q-T:9:45 a.m. E-H:9:15 a.m. M–P:9:35 a.m. U-Z:9:55 a.m. Breakfast will be available to all seniors after they pick up their cap & gown All graduating seniors must have cleared all their fines, obligations, and turned in all textbooks to be issued their cap and gown.

5 Graduation Rehearsal – MANDATORY – June 11
Seniors must meet at Joe and Harry Freeman Coliseum by 10:00 a.m. The coliseum is usually cold; please dress accordingly. Parking Lot 1 ANY SENIOR STUDENT WHO MISSES THE REHEARSAL WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE COMMENCEMENT EXERCISES.

6 Graduation Rehearsal – MANDATORY – June 11
Arrive by 10:00am When you arrive for rehearsal, please sit in the green seats in the lower ring of the south end of the Coliseum. Students shall remain respectful and patient until Roosevelt High School has ended their rehearsal and you are directed to go to the main floor. Reminder of Expectations and Explanation of Graduation – Mrs. Shelton Practice Graduation From your seat you will be walked into lineup You will Practice Processional (walking out to your seats) Practice Recessional (leaving our seats at the end) If your name was mispronounced, please see your rhetorician AFTER we have finished our practice today.

7 Graduation – June 11 Seniors are to report behind the stage at Joe and Harry Freeman Coliseum by 6:30 p.m. Each senior will receive a parking pass at graduation rehearsal. This pass will allow seniors to park on the west side of the coliseum. (Lot 9) You must have your ticket to park for free. All other vehicles will be charged a parking fee. Tickets for seating will not be required for the 2018 graduation. All of your family members and guests are welcome.

8 Graduation Rules Dress Code: NO HAND GESTURES Do not decorate your cap
Men – Ties and Slacks and dress shoes Ladies – A nice dress or comparable slacks and dress shoes – avoid heels that you might not be able to walk in. Remember you will be walking the stage in front of thousands of people. NO HAND GESTURES If your hands come above your waist while you are on stage, you will be removed from graduation Do not decorate your cap You will not be able to walk the stage if you come with a decorated cap Please write your name INSIDE your cap If you choose to toss your cap, do not chase it, you can pick it up in the main office during the summer. You are NOT to be on your phone during graduation
