Known for dry, rich, bold flavors. Often aged in oak barrels to add cream, vanilla, and butter flavors. Sauvignon Blanc

6 Primary fruit flavors of Sauvignon Blanc are lime, green apple, passion fruit and white peach.
Unique characteristics are its other herbaceous flavors like bell pepper, jalapeño, gooseberry and grass. Sauvignon Blanc
