Your haters are your haters and are just noise that get in the way of your fullest potential. You were put on this earth to achieve your fullest potential.
Be sure that you surround yourself with people that get and appreciate who you are.
Make sure your self-talk is positive

4. Conflict
A good friend is worth a little conflict!

5. Handling Conflict DRA Describe Request Affirm
Describe what specifically is bothering you
Try to keep the discussion to current issues, not events that occurred years ago or things that have been going on for a long time that they now finally have the courage to bring up.
Request
Request what you do or do not want from the other person. The request must be reasonable
Affirm
Affirm the person and or your relationship
Examples:
I really value you as a friend, but the way you are treating me is affecting our relationship
You are a great person and I enjoy our friendship, so hopefully you will respect me enough to stop doing this.

6. Role Play -Pick a Partner One person needs to be a parent
Pretend to ask you parent for something and switch

7. Items to Remember This works better one on one, not if front of people
The other person may not be ready to resolve things.
The emotion of anger takes a lot more energy than simply being kind or resolving conflict with intellect
A respectful manner and calm manner will help the other person know that they care
Reconciliation may not always be possible, we only control 50 %
