From here, using the menu on the left or the icons on the page, you can: Main Menu Major IT Incidents Submit a Ticket (IT/Property) View My Tickets Search Tickets Logout Major IT Incidents Find out more or report a current IT Incident Submit a Ticket Create an IT or Property request View My Tickets View the status of any of your open or closed tickets Search Tickets Search for any of your requests/incidents Step 3: If you are making a request which requires approval, you will need to complete an approval form, which you can find at approvalspot.place A detailed User Guide is available on the intranet at guidespot.place
