2. POWER POINT PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
Use of power point slides is not required, but is generally encouraged. Consistent with the Forum’s policies concerning non-solicitation, power point slides that are used may not contain the name of the presenters or their firm or company affiliation (except the title slide). This uniform 2016 Forum Annual Meeting PowerPoint template is being provided to all speakers and Program Moderators in an effort to maintain consistency and initiate a branded look for this event.
1. Font size of slides should be a minimum of 24 for titles and 18 for text.
2. Text on slides should be limited to six lines.
3. Use a background color that provides sufficient contrast so that the text can be easily read.
4. Use of audio or video clips should be limited in number and length.
5. Content of audio or video clips or clip art should be tasteful.
