This family of 300V devices features IR’s latest power MOSFET silicon delivering benchmark on-state resistance (RDS(on)) for a wide range of high efficiency industrial applications such as VAC line conditioners and VAC power supplies and DC to AC inverters including solar inverters and Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS).
