You may use your phone if you have permission for:
Taking pictures of assignments
Looking up pertinent information

8. Music (with earbuds) Individual music allowed AFTER test
During individual class work

NOT SPIRAL BOUND

Classwork
Labs
Diagrams/notes
Graded every two weeks

11. Tests/quizzes —30%
Lab Work —25%
Classwork — 25%
Participation—10%
Written Final exam—10%

12. Absences Absence must be excused
You have the same number of days you missed to turn in assignment
Example: you miss 2 days, you have 2 days to hand in assignment
You may need to come in after school if it is a lab or activity
Please arrange a time and day with me

13. Classwork/Homework All work is designed to be completed in class
“What if I can’t finish it?”
If you use class time well, I will accommodate the assignment so that you can finish it in class
If you don’t use class time well, the assignment will be homework and due the following day
Late work (turned in after the due date) is worth 60%, so still turn it in!

14. Participation Warm up with question AND answer
Follow all safety procedures
Actively engaged in the lesson
Behave appropriately during labs
Use the bathroom during work or down time
