3 How did the project come about?
Identified need in West Kent to find alternative support for people who have a reputation for challenging services At the beginning of the research over 400 people were living outside of Kent and more than 200 young people were coming through the transition process Some individuals near Tonbridge supported by Avenues clearly needed more suitable accommodation
