Strategy: (Greek)troop leader(قائد قوات ) .. A plan of action designed to achieve a long-term or overall aim.
Strategic Planning:
Defining long term goals
Guide the work to achieve those goals
Strategic Unit: It is defined as an Institution, company or group that has an independent entity and performs a specific function to produce a product or service 3

Defining the unit’s goal based on its unique capabilities compared to other units.
