The German Flag!
The Oktoberfest attracts over 80,000 people to the small village of minster.
Oktoberfest begun in 1975 by the Minster Journeyman's Club and the Minster Service club and it grew from there.
Oktoberfest was put together because of our big german heritage and in celebration of our town being great.

Games played by kids is the video games, plinko, beanbag toss, and the duck pond.
All these games are very attractive so people would work the games to get some profit and give out prizes to all the wonderful kids at Oktoberfest.

We germans eat all types of foods at the Oktoberfest but the main food is Brats and sauerkraut.
Some germans could drink the equivalent of about 50 cans of beer a day because beer used to be healthier than water.
Germans even used to choose wine over beer because they believed that wine was made by God.

This parade has marching bands from almost every town around.
The parade might even have celebrities hiding in it somewhere.

it was part of my heritage and had a lot of information. I hope that I get to learn more about this topic when Oktoberfest rolls around. I love learning about this topic because my whole family is german so, I got to learn a little more. I just can’t wait to dig into the brats at the Oktoberfest.
