Need to plan connection with the shipping lines and ports in terms of their strategic significance for the railway
Signing cooperation MOU with the regional organizations active in transportation field;
Efforts to attract new members in UIC from Middle-East;
Hold training workshops concerning infrastructure, safety, security, operation in deserts areas, high speed systems with the cooperation of the UIC HQ.

برگزاري كارگاههاي آموزشي در خصوص زيربنا،ايمني،امنيت،بهره برداري درمناطق بياباني، سيستم هاي سريع السير با همكاري دفتر مركزي UIC

study on the corridors passing the region, analyze the weaknesses and strengths, offer solutions to activate the corridors;
needed studies for launching planned freight trains, particularly container trains between the countries in the region;
consider the situation of the freight transport, potentials, status quo, and optimum status,
مطالعه کريدورهاي عبوري از منطقه، تحليل نقاط قوت و ضعف، ارائه راهکارها جهت فعالسازي کريدورها
مطالعات لازم جهت راه اندازي قطارهاي باري برنامه اي بويژه قطارهاي کانتينري بين کشورهاي منطقه
بررسي وضعيت حمل و نقل بار، پتانسيلها، وضعيت موجود و وضعيت بهينه

6. پروژه هاي مورد نظر جهت مطالعه projects considered for study
study on the method of connecting with ports, increasing the intermodal and multimodal transport in the region,
studying statues quo of the transit goods, increase transit in the region,
study on the method of attracting
investments via private sector investors, regional and international banks, financial institutes towards the rail projects.
بررسي نحوه ارتباط با بنادر و افزايش حمل و نقل بين وجهي و چند وجهي در منطقه
بررسي وضعيت موجود بارهاي ترانزيتي و افزايش بار ترانزيت در منطقه
بررسي نحوه جذب سرمايه گذاري از طريق سرمايه گذاران بخش خصوصي ، بانکهاي منطقه اي و بين المللي و موسسات مالي و اعتباري بر روي پروژه هاي ريلي
