Never place hands into moving equipment. Always wear proper safety equipment while operating.
15 minutes prior to the end of the shift, clean machine and work area. Place tools in their proper location.

Wash Parts
Parts must be clean and free of oil prior to beginning the Tumble Deburr operation.
These instructions are for employees trained in the proper use of this equipment.
Do not operate this equipment without the proper training.
Dispose of liquid waste in the proper container. 1 1 1
Remove canister from deburr machine, fill canister with 40% parts, 40% media, 2 tbsp of 175 grit, 2 tbsp msi soap, and 2 tsbsp anti rust (anti rust for steel parts only).
Lock canister.
Place canister into cradle in deburr machine. Load must be balanced. If using only 1 barrel, opposite barrel must be filled with water to balance the load, if using two barrels you must use #1 and #3, or #2 and #4.
Replace lock bar and tighten.
Set Timer for 20 minutes.
Set speed at 0.
Push start button.
Turn speed to 50% or 120 RPM.
Remove canister from deburr machine.
Pour contents through screen.
Separate parts and media
Rinse with water.
Spin Dry. 1
