A substance that consists of chlorine, fluorine, and carbon.

9. What are the Characteristics of Matter?
Substance – definite uniform composition(chemical).
Matter-anything that takes up space.
Mass-the amount of matter
Weight- the measure of the amount of matter plus the gravitational pull that acts on that matter.
Model- a visual, verbal, or mathematical representation of experimental data.
