6 Describing and comparing the weather!
Study your pictures! Describe the weather in the picture in a FULL sentence using adjectives and nouns In this picture I can see (nouns) This tells me that the weather is (adjectives) 2) Explain which two types of weather are; a) the most similar b) the most opposite 20 minutes

7 Can you consider positive and negative aspects of the same weather?
EXTENSION: 1) Can you choose a place you would most like to be in and explain why! (always try to think of more than one reason) Can you now consider what NEGATIVE effects this weather may have there? 2) Now do the opposite for a place you would not like to be in! (think of the POSITIVE effects as well!) Ext 2: Can you create a hypothesis about why any of these weathers exist?

9 Geographical Imaginations Homework!
L/O: To create geographical imaginations of places 1) Think of one place you have visited – describe what the weather was like 2) Now use the next slide to explain how the weather could have affected the people that lived there – try to use some of the key words and explain your answers! Next lesson we will tell the class your place and see if their geographical imaginations match reality! Extra: How could this weather be seen as positive and negative?
