4 Supplementary Figure 1 Final model for MLH1/MSH2/MSH6. The scatterplot diagram shows the added predictive value provided by the PREMM1,2,6 model in identifying MLH1 and MSH2 mutations based on the data from the current study. Compared with PREMM1,2, the extended model better predicts MLH1 and MSH2 gene mutations, as shown by more gene mutation carriers (Δ, MLH1; +, MSH2) above the line of identity (diagonal line) and nonmutation carriers (open circles) below the line of identity. The r coefficient of 0.94 indicates a high degree of overall agreement between the log odds of the model predictions.
