Works with skeletal system to allow body to move

Produces heat
Muscle: an organ that can relax and contract, which moves your body. There are two types:
Voluntary muscles: muscles you can control (bicep)
Involuntary muscles: muscles you cannot control (heart)

Helps heart beat and pump blood
Movement of cardiac muscle is involuntary (not under your control)
