October 9th – 11th, 2017 San Antonio, TX Current State: Over 100 students registered for ATCE Reimbursement of entry cost (75$) Impact: Reduces cost of attendance ~50% Goal: reimburse every TAMU SPE registration cost Requirement: $7500 Additional funding to be used for a bus 56 people/bus Cost: $3500/bus
