3 Inside your child’s school bag:-
ALL: A consistent fiction reading book Homework book – school will provide Reading log – a reading folder will be provided. School library book (fiction and/or non-fiction) Your child does not need their own pencil case SOME: Packed lunch Clothes for after school club Instrumental music TUCK money or dinner money PE bags must be in school every day. This must include trainers/plimsolls. PE kits must not be worn for after school clubs. Summer Term: Yr 3 will go swimming as part of the PE curriculum and more information will be given nearer the time.

4 HOMEWORK ALL: Reading - A minimum of three times a week PLUS a reading/word challenge Spellings / topic vocabulary Mental Maths practise - times tables and number bond activities Learning and Enquiry – TOPIC/Learning Journal work (every three weeks)

5 SNACK am ALL: Children can bring in their own healthy snack (fruit or a bread roll) OR KS2 have the option of bringing in money and going to TUCK Freshly Baked Bread Roll – 30p Apple juice – 40p Orange juice – 30p Cup Milkshake – 40p Bottle Milkshake – 50p Fruit – 30p

Parent Helpers We welcome all parent helpers. We would love to have your help and support in our phase. Please let Mrs Stather know if you are DBS checked and available. If you are interested in helping engage with the children’s learning and need to have a DBS form completed, please see the school office.
