In this instance, the gross disease is contoured in red, the intermediate risk dose in blue, and the standard risk dose in yellow. The intermediate risk dose is contoured solely to a defined margin above and below the gross disease within the lymph node, whereas the standard risk dose is used to treat the remaining surrounding tissue.
