4 Language Objective By the end of the lesson, students will be able to use the language domains of listening, speaking, reading and writing. They will read the math questions and use their previously learned knowledge of statistics to listen to and orally discuss with their partners how to solve real world problems. They will show their understanding by completing the most problems in the 5 to 1 weeks to test packet correctly. Academic Math Language Vocabulary: percent, discount, coupon, area, square inches, sum, estimate (6th grade standards)

5 Classwork: Working independently or with your partners, complete the 5 to 1 weeks to the test packet. (30 minutes) Whole class check in (10 minutes)
